Ricoh Copier User ID set up

If you are using one of the large, department Ricoh copier/printers, you will need to follow these instructions to set up your user ID
1. In the printer preferences, click on Detailed set up
2. Click on "Create Own ID" and choose "Windows Login Name"
3. It will then populate the ID field like this.
4. Click ok
