Q. My iPrint doesn't seem to work. Can I fix it or is there another way to print?
In most cases reinstalling the iPrint client will fix the issue. Visit https://print.francis.edu and login with your username/password. If the login fails this is a good indication that your username or password is wrong or your password is expired. Before you go on visit the Self-Service Password Reset portal (SSPR) and fix your password. After login to iPrint click on the client download and save and run the file. This will reinstall the iPrint client and restart the Windows print spooler. You might need to reboot after the install.
If printing is still not working but you could login to iPrint then QuickPrint is your solution. After successful login to https://print.francis.edu you will be presented with a list of printers you can access. At this point you can install the printer or use the QuickPrint option. QuickPrint allows users to print by just selecting the file. This service works with most familiar file formats including .docx .xlsx .pdf and .jpg. If you are unsure about compatibility just save your special document as a pdf and print that file.
